Allergy Diet

Food allergies and intolerances are commonplace. The health of millions is being unnecessarily compromised. Too much reliance is being placed on Western medicine and there is a general lack of willingness to take personal responsibility for our health. It's time to take control of your health!

OK, here's the first post. I have this site where you can get some really helpful books on alternative health. The books are detailed and offer a wealth of useful info - recipes, remedies, ways to stay healthy... It's at www.allergydietshop.com. You can even get some free recipes.

But let's get some healthy discussion going here too. We want everyone to have good health all the time!

I have visited your allergydietshop.com web site and was very impressed. Great site!

I have heard of Elaine Hollingsworth before (Take Control of Your Health) and really like her approach to health. I think more people should speak out like her against the multi-national drug companies who are not really concerned about our health but only our money.

Too many people take prescription drugs when there is often a natural and better alternative. My family has been using chinese medicine and acupuncture for three years now (for allergies, headaches, back pain, mouth ulcers, colds etc.) and haven't seen a doctor since.

I will definately be visiting your web site regularly and look forward to learning more about allergies and health in general.

I am also interested in learning about arthritis and if it can be helped or even cured by diet etc. Hope someone can offer helpful information on this.

Your blog and website are great !
I used to have allergies and especially hay fever and dry itchy skin was terrible.
But I could cure my allergies using all natural remedies.
    Herbs are really amazing !
